Emergency Services & NHS Pledge

Ginge Tours & Travel proudly makes an Emergency Services & NHS Pledge, a heartfelt commitment from Jo and Geoff to support both current and retired members of the emergency services and the NHS. This pledge is not merely about offering a small discount; it aims to secure the best possible prices for those who dedicate their lives to serving others.

We proudly pledge to:

  • Providing the best possible price for any travel plans

  • Being open & transparent over the profit Ginge Tours achieve from a booking,

  • Giving the Emergency Services/NHS worker CASH BACK equal to 1% of the cost of your trip*

*The following Terms and Conditions apply to this pledge:

  1. The cash back element of the pledge does not apply to any FLIGHT ONLY, HOTEL ONLY or other ‘single entity’ booking. It is not applied to any element where a ticket (eg for a sporting event) or an activity (eg a golf tee time) is part of the package being booked.

  2. If Ginge Tours have ‘price matched’ to a quote from another agent/supplier, or beaten that quote, then the cash back element of the Pledge will not apply whatever the total value of the travel is.

  3. The total overall price of the travel must be over £6000 for the cash back element of the pledge to be applied.

  4. The cash-back level will only be confirmed once Protected Trust Services administration and insurance costs have been deducted as these are essential consumer protection for the emergency worker. These charges will be clearly outlined to the person booking. Only once these figures are deducted (as they vary on a case-by-case basis) will the exact cash back level be known.

  5. Prior to booking the client will be given an indication of the approximate value of the cashback.

  6. The potential cash back amount cannot be deducted from the quoted price prior to travel. It only applies after travel has finished.

  7. The cashback amount will be notified to the client & paid only after travel is completed.

  8. The serving or retired member of staff must be able to provide evidence of their service. How this will be proven will be discussed with Ginge Tours at the time of booking. They must be part of the travelling party, however, on occasion Ginge Tours may apply the Pledge to the wider family group.

  10. Ginge Tours Ltd reserve the right to withdraw this pledge or amend the cash back level at any time apart from existing bookings made at the time of that change.
