Through our PTS membership we provide consumer protection through compliance with the UK Package Travel Regulations, the PTS Trust Account and, where applicable, ATOL protection provided by the travel suppliers we work with. We are committed to operating to the highest standards of professionalism, transparency and customer care, ensuring every booking is handled responsibly and in accordance with all applicable UK travel legislation and the requirements of our PTS membership.
Protected Trust Services
The PTS Trust account means when you pass your hard-earned money over to pay for your holiday, it is safe:
Your money is only used on your holiday
Ginge Tours don't have direct access to your money
Your money is separate to all other bookings
Your money remains in trust unless you require a refund or reimbursement; it is protected by insurance against insolvency; and until such time as Ginge Tours has paid the supplier
