Ginge Tours Ltd are proud to have achieved membership of Protected Trust Services as of 2nd August 2022. Through this membership Ginge Tours are able to provide consumer protection by Package Travel Regulations compliance, the ATOL Scheme (by using suppliers who are able to provide on Ginge Tours' behalf), ABTA coverage (by using suppliers who are members of ABTA and by Ginge Tours voluntarily complying to ABTA’s Code of Conduct & Practice) and the PTS Trust account.
Protected Trust Services
The PTS Trust account means when you pass your hard-earned money over to pay for your holiday, it is safe:
Your money is only used on your holiday
Ginge Tours don't have direct access to your money
Your money is separate to all other bookings
Your money remains in trust unless you require a refund or reimbursement; it is protected by insurance against insolvency; and until such time as Ginge Tours has paid the supplier
